• Where do they get cheap food?

Be it a touring band, a traveller, a performer's parent, or whoever, if you're putting on an event you'll very likely have to make accomodations for someone. Though you may not want to be someone's vacation tour guide, we should encourage a welcoming culture, and what goes around comes around. Things that are often given to guests are food, showers, laundry, and either advice on where to check out in town, or an offer to show them around. If you're not able to supply any of these things, let the people know up front, and give them any information you may have about others that could provide those things, or at least info about cheap places to stay and cheap places to eat. Ask them to let you know any specific needs they may have - vegan diet, pet allergies, etc.
